Sixty years after its foundation, the leading global company in the agricultural mechanization sector inaugurates the new Capello headquarters. With its modern design and innovative steel structure, designed by architect Paolo Alpe, the building stands out as an iconic presence, capable of attracting attention.
Opened in September 2024 with the permanent relocation of the offices, the business center is characterized by sharp steel lines and large windows that flood the interior spaces with light and nature. The new technological “skin,” applied to the existing building, integrates perfectly with the modern systems, designed with respect for the environment. No new land was used, thus preserving the natural environment of the surrounding area.
The project embodies Capello’s core values: research, innovation, technology, quality, and aesthetics. These principles guided the Progetto Architettura studio in creating a solution that best expresses the company’s spirit. The two main facades interact with each other: on one side, a dynamic and transparent structure; on the other, a compact and regular surface, symbolizing solidity and precision, representing the harmony between creativity and teamwork.
The renovation works covered all functional and performance aspects of the existing building: the creation of a new exhibition space, the modification of the layout of the outdoor area to the west, and the enhancement of the facades to align with the new architectural appearance. The result is a building with optimized energy performance and a biophilic design that embraces the entire structure.
