Customer focus is of primary concern to Capello, from the initial stages of order processing, production, and assembly, through to logistics organization, and extends to after-sales service (both telephone and on-site) and customer support.

This daily commitment to pursuing the highest quality has been officially recognized with ISO 9001:2015 certification, which attests to the excellence of our design and development processes across all production departments: metal working department, carpentry, mechanical processing, painting, and assembly lines.
ISO 14001:2015
Capello’s focus on the environment and respect for it has been a constant commitment for 60 years, also in considering the close link between environmental sustainability and the final purpose of the products we produce, namely agriculture. The company regularly invests in researching and adopting advanced technologies with low environmental impact.
Waste materials and garbage are carefully managed, controlled, and stored with the aim of minimizing the impact of production activities and processed materials on the environment. At a parallel level, company employees are constantly reminded and encouraged to take responsibility for their own behavior, contributing to the spread of a solid culture of health, safety, and environmental ethics.
As confirmation of this commitment, Capello has obtained certification for its Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015.
Over the years, Capello has installed a large photovoltaic system for the production of green electricity, which powers the entire production area. Capello has a deep understanding of sustainable culture and actions, and this approach is now fully reflected in its new headquarters, inaugurated in April 2025, the result of a significant architectural restoration project. The building, which has energy class A certification, is equipped with modern geothermal air conditioning systems and allows for a 75.42% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions compared to the previous configuration, with an annual reduction of 166,936.25 kg of CO₂, according to regional parameters.
AEO AUTHORIZATION
Since March 2016, Capello has been granted AEOC (Authorized Economic Operator – customs simplifications) authorization, which certifies the company’s reliability and security within the international supply chain.
As an AEO-C certified company, Capello enjoys significant customs and logistics advantages, which are reflected in more efficient and reliable management of import and export operations. The certification attests to the high level of regulatory compliance, organizational strength, and control of internal processes, allowing the company to access simplified customs procedures, reduced controls, and faster customs clearance times. This ensures greater operational continuity, reduced costs, and enhanced credibility with customs authorities and trading partners, consolidating Capello’s position as a reliable and competitive operator in international trade.
